Thomas J. Martinson, Sr

Mr. Martinson is CEO of Martinson & Company, Ltd., a FINRA member investment bank and broker dealer. He was the Senior Vice President and department head of Corporate Finance for Craig-Hallum, Inc. where he managed several initial public offerings and private equity transactions. Mr. Martinson started his career in finance with E.F. Hutton & Company, a NYSE member firm. He also served for several years as non-executive Chairman of the Board for two NASDAQ public companies, Cerprobe Corporation (ticker: CRPB) and Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, Inc. (ticker: DHTI) both of which were subsequently acquired. He currently services as a Managing Member for Martinson Clinic LLC and as President of Martinson Clinic Foundation.
